Fernandez Friedman Grossman Kohn & Son PLLC was founded in 1998. Its four founding partners have more than 100 years of collective legal experience.

The firm has two major practice areas: litigation and business and estate planning. Our business and estate lawyers represent individuals and corporations in general business, corporate, taxation, employment, estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters.

FFGKS's litigation lawyers represent individuals and corporations in federal and state trial and appellate courts. The firm litigates primarily in these areas: medical malpractice, products liability, auto accidents and personal injury; civil liberties, civil rights and constitutional law; and commercial and employment law.

Personal injury cases have involved brain injury, paralysis and death. The firm also recognizes that, in some cases, additional tax and estate planning is a necessary part of the settlement. Members of the estate planning section participate in settlement planning in large cases involving minors and the disabled.
